Who is King Arthur's sister?
Morgana, also called Morgaine or Morgan, is a staple figure of the Arthurian legend. Her relationship to Arthur varies but usually she is introduced as Arthur's half-sister, the daughter of his mother Igraine and her first husband Gorlois, the Duke of Cornwall.
Originally a kind-hearted individual, Morgana became evil after being corrupted by Morgause and being betrayed by her former-friend Merlin.
Morgan Le Fay's Character
Although she is the half-sister of King Arthur and understood as his enemy, she is also a healer. However, Morgan Le Fay is generally thought to be evil and extremely dangerous.
Guinevere is a supporting character in Gerald Morris' The Squire's Tales. She starts the series as King Arthur's newly-wedded queen and ends it as Sister Arthur, peacefully living in a convent after Arthur's departure.

Malory credits King Arthur with three half-sisters: Morgawse, Elaine (Blasine) and Morgan le Fay. Morgawse had married King Lot of Orkney, Elaine (Blasine) was married to King Nentres of Garlot, and Morgan was wife of King Urien of Gorre, brother of Lot.
Morgana catches up with Merlin and Arthur and drives their horses away, but she is killed by Merlin wielding Excalibur.

As the last High Priestess of the Old Religion, Morgana held immense power. Merlin himself once stated that Morgana has everything to one day become as strong as him.
Why did Morgana turn against Arthur?
First and foremost, Arthur too, had killed many of her kind. She did not feel like she could trust him. Also, Uther favored him (and illegitimacy aside, Morgana was actually next in line for the throne since she was born before Arthur) so it was natural for her to feel jealous of him.
Mordred, in order to repay his debt, then stabs Morgana which allows Arthur and Merlin to escape with their lives. He is then taken back to Camelot and is knighted. He later visits Merlin and takes back his threat from many years ago stating that Arthur is good and that Merlin can trust him.
Guinevere, wife of Arthur, legendary king of Britain, best known in Arthurian romance through the love that his knight Sir Lancelot bore for her.
In Chapter 18:1, Arthur first sees Guinevere and falls instantly in love with her. In 18:3, he tells Merlin he will have only Guinevere as his wife. Merlin warns him that she will not be faithful but will fall in love with a knight called Lancelot, and he with her, and they will betray him.
In its most famous version, the whole legend begins with King Arthur sleeping with his half-sister and conceiving a son, Mordred, and it all comes crashing down when Mordred and Arthur deal each other mortal wounds.
His third wife is named Lydia Marks. Towards the end of his life, Arthur comes to regret his actions and stop valuing his possessions.
Culhwch and Olwen also gives Arthur's half-brother as Gormant, son of Arthur's mother and Ricca, the chief elder of Cornwall, a parallel of later stories of Gorlois, Duke of Cornwall.
King Arthur of England and his queen, Silvia, have a son named Samson and a daughter named Grega.
Guinevere's most famous abduction was by Meliagrance, a knight, who stole her both for beauty and revenge against Arthur But in the whole of her mythology, this was not the first time she was stolen. In earlier versions, she is taken by Melwas, king of Aestiva Regio, and has to be rescued by Arthur himself.
Ursulet, daughter of King Arthur and Queen Guinevere, captured by Saxons and doomed to lose her family and her heritage… Knightly chivalry is beset by Dark Age barbarity in this richly woven tapestry of heroes and heroines, monsters and saints, temptresses and magicians.
Who are the three queens in King Arthur?
from Thomas Malory's Le morte d'Arthur (1485), in which three queens—Arthur's half-sister Morgan le Fay, the Queen of Northgalis, and the Lady of the Lake—accompany the ailing king on his barge to Avalon, where they hope he will be healed.

Arthur had no blood-related siblings, but in many iterations of King Arthur's childhood he has an older foster brother named Kay, who later becomes a knight.
Arthur & Morgana
At first it seemed that Morgana had a crush on Arthur and she was always near him and supporting him, Arthur had feelings for her too and he thought that she was beautiful, time after she find out that she was the half sister of Arthur and Arthur was in love with Gwen.
King Arthur was married to Guinevere in most legends. Early traditions of abduction and infidelity follow Guinevere, who in some stories was carried off by Arthur's rivals and in others had an adulterous affair with the knight Lancelot.
Though one of the Welsh Triads (Triad 56) speaks of Arthur's three great queens (all named Gwenhwyfar), later romance generally gives him only one wife named Guinevere. Geoffrey of Monmouth introduces the notion of Guinevere's infidelity (with Modred) while Arthur is fighting on the continent.
